Lyman is the Owner and President of Prime Spec Marketing. With over 10 years of factory-level experience—including roles as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at The Bevles Company and National Accounts Manager at CMA Dish Machines—he brings a wealth of specialized manufacturing knowledge to the California and Nevada

Prior to transitioning to equipment representation, he spent over 20 years on the ground in operational roles across Fine Dining, Restaurant & Bar Management, B&I Food Service, College Food Service, and Fast Casual. Because he has actively managed commercial kitchens, Lyman intimately understands the critical importance of maximizing a facility’s footprint with the right commercial walk-in coolers, high-yield blast chillers, and durable commercial glass doors.

Today, his expertise lies in serving local Foodservice Consultants, Design-Build Dealers, School Districts, and Facility End-Users. Lyman leverages his deep, hands-on operational background to engineer custom cold storage and refrigeration solutions that solve real-world spatial and workflow problems for his clients.
